Lion Mix started out in Bermuda back in 1989. Dj Ginjah Cat started mixing at the age of 13 after being inspired from sound crewz such as Silver Hawk, 4x4 Exodus, Killamanjaro, Bass Odyssey and Stone Love. Money was short back then so it was hard to get equipment and records. Back then everyone wanted a sound. Nuff soundz came up but only a few stayed around. We must big up all Bermuda Sound Crewz. Lion Mix started making mix tapes to get funds for new tune. After awhile things juss gained speed. We learned about technology and things in college and decided to put them lessons to use. That is how the website came about, which is totally maintained by DJ Ginjah Cat. We never imagined it would reach such popularity...but we are glad it did. Plans for the future are just to keep taking Lion Mix to the next level. No matter what.....the saga continues. Pure Toppa Top mixes for all massive to enjoy. Nuff Respect !!
