Over the past 5 years, security has increasingly become a primary concern for Jamaicans in light of the serious crimes that have continued to occur at an alarming rate. There is definitely a need for tighter and more effective security measures as it relates to developing more preventive strategies. As a result, the need for a more professional approach by leaders of the respective security providers within the Private Security industry has become more evident.
