AAIMS – All American Institute of Medical Sciences, the premier Medical School on Jamaica in the Caribbean island.
The constitution and governance of the AAIMS are regulated by its Charter, Statutes and Ordinances. The governance and management are carried out through a structure of committees and officers. The School operates under a bi-cameral system of governance comprising a governing body – the Council and an academic arm – the Academic Assembly, reporting to the Board of Trustees, through the President.
