Once the event concept is established and elements approved, our team works hand-in-hand with all involved to comprehensively and meticulously plan and prepare the operational aspects of the event. To ensure that we achieve the expected result, on-site event managers are always there to orchestrate load-ins, choreograph seamless flows and transitions, as well as coordinating orderly post-show breakdowns.

The original Margaritaville concept was developed by two Jamaican entrepreneurs. OUR STORY BEGINS with the opening of Rick's Cafe by its founder, Richard Hershman, in April 1974. At the time, Negril was a sleepy fishing village with little development, it lacked many modern amenities such as electricity, telephone and hot running water. Our beautiful little cliffside location was originally owned by a local doctor, the son of the first Governor General of independent Jamaica.
The Deck, has been acknowledged as Kingston’s most relaxing after work entertainment venue, situated in the densely populated business area, New Kingston, it is close to major hotels, and benefits directly from the business community, as well as local and overseas visitors. The Deck offers a semi-outdoor ambiance, where patrons may connect with their peers to unwind, be refreshed and pampered.
The Palace Amusement Company (1921) Limited was formed by Audley Morais, and operated as a Private Company prior to 1921 (silent movie days). He re-formed the company and offered shares to the public in 1921.
Over the years the Company operated Movies, Rose Gardens, and Palace Cinemas. Gaiety and Majestic was subsequently acquired, Odeon (Mandeville) was leased, and other cinemas ( urban and rural) were built. It operated cinemas and distributed films to many of the independent cinemas that existed in Jamaica and Cayman.
In 1938, Cinema Company of Jamaica Limited built the Carib, in competition to Palace.
Phase Three Productions Limited has an enviable track record of service to the media industry in Jamaica. Over 25 years ago when video production first came to the island, Richard and Marcia Forbes started the company. Their son, Delano is now at the helm. The Primary goals of Phase Three were and still are to provide services which will facilitate the creation of indigenous television programmes and to own cutting edge technology such that foreign and local television entities working in Jamaica would not necessarily have to import equipment.
He’s one of the world’s most respected and admired cricketers, the first in the history of the game to take 500 Test wickets. And even though this region produced some of the world’s greatest bowlers, he stands alone atop the list of West Indian wicket takers with 519. He has become an Ambassador for his country, recipient of countless honours from nations and institutions across the globe and remains loved by people everywhere for his achievements, his style and his humility. He’s also now an entrepreneur.
